2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (14 DAYS)
We accept return or replacement requests within 14 days after delivery under the following conditions:
Product arrives damaged
Wrong item received
Missing parts affecting functionality
Product not functioning as described
Order not received within the estimated delivery time
All requests must include clear photo or video evidence.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Provide photo or video proof
We will offer:
Free replacement, or
Full or partial refund (depending on the situation)
Minor cosmetic issues or packaging damage that does not affect functionality may not qualify for a full refund.
4. WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item or missing parts:
Contact us within 14 days
Provide order details and proof
We will either:
Resend the correct item, or
Offer a refund or partial refund
5. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time (8–15 business days):
We will investigate the shipment with the carrier
If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact your local postal service first. Additional verification may be required.
6. CHANGE OF MIND / PERSONAL REASONS

Due to international shipping costs and logistics, we are unable to process returns for non-defective items.
